Delivery & Pickup

Fast delivery across Sweden in 5-7 working days, 3-day pick-up in Stockholm. You can choose the delivery date up to 4 Months in advance. The delivery date can be selected during the payment process. Pick up for free from our warehouse or choose delivery and return via a DHL service point for 90 SEK per order.

Subscription

The subscription starts on the delivery/collection date of your choice, with clear Monthly pricing. The first Month's fee is deducted at the time of ordering, and subsequent fees are deducted Monthly from the second Month after the delivery/collection date. Manage your subscription easily online.

Damage, Wear, & Repair

Minor wear and tear? No problem. For major damage, we offer support and spare parts for free. Each product is carefully refurbished to ensure the highest quality for the next family.

Returns & Exchanging Products

The Axkid Bigkid 2 Premium is a spacious and comfortable seat that can be adjusted to four reclining positions based on the child's age and height. The adjustment options provide excellent comfort and fit, complemented by the new stretch material.

This car seat is ideal for travel, thanks to ISOFIX (included) and a carrying handle, making it easy to switch between cars and install. The headrest, seat cushion, and backrest are equipped with soft padding for optimal comfort.

Axkid Bigkid 2 Premium is equipped with an improved belt guide that includes a fourth contact point for the car's three-point belt. The fourth point of contact ensures that the lap belt sits in the correct and secure position, over the strong hip bone and not over the sensitive stomach area of your child. The fourth contact point should be used until the child is large enough for the lap belt to naturally find an ideal and safe position. Your child's safety is our priority.
