Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a warranty  provided by the manufacturer. We ensure that all products we offer meet our high standards and our customers' expectations.

What are the different types of car seats, and how do I know which one to use?

There are three main types of car seats: rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats. Each type is designed for different age groups and sizes. Refer to our installation guide to determine the best option for your child.

Exchange

Can I return the product to the warehouse and pick up the new one?

Yes, you are welcome to visit the warehouse to return your current product and pick up the new one.

Does an exchange affect the rental period?

Usually, your rental period is not affected. However, if there are less than 3 months of your rental period remaining, you must rent the new product for at least another 3 months.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Subscription

How do I manage my subscription details?

You can manage your subscription details, including extensions or changes, here: https://login.parently.se/en/auth/login. You can adjust the duration of your rental period there or end your subscription.

Can I extend my current subscription?

If your product has not been returned by the subscription end date, your subscription will automatically be extended by 1 month at a time at no additional cost. This allows you to keep the product as long as you need it.

Can I travel abroad with the product I rent from Parently?

Yes, there is absolutely no problem. However, we ask you to use the recommended suitcases, as handling at airports can sometimes be quite heavy-handed.

All Parently products are thoroughly cleaned and follow the latest safety standards. This ensures they are safe and hygienic for your child.

We offer a wide range of "Pre-Loved" products, including strollers, car seats, bikes and other baby gear, all of which have been refurbished to meet our quality standards.
