Common Questions

Do you also deliver directly to Stockholm Central Station or Arlanda Airport?

Yes, on request we can also deliver to the airport or train station. Contact us if you have this request, and we will organize it together with you.

What happens if the product is damaged during the rental period?

We at Parently are always keen to provide first-class service and support. If the product you rented is damaged due to normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the damage is due to misuse, we can still help with repairs, but in such cases we may have to charge a fee for repairs and spare parts.
