Delivery & Pickup

Fast delivery across Sweden in 5-7 working days, 3-day pick-up in Stockholm. You can choose the delivery date up to 4 Months in advance. The delivery date can be selected during the payment process. Pick up for free from our warehouse or choose delivery and return via a DHL service point for 90 SEK per order.

Subscription

The subscription starts on the delivery/collection date of your choice, with clear monthly pricing. The first month's fee is deducted at the time of ordering, and subsequent fees are deducted monthly from the second month after the delivery/collection date.

The "+" symbol next to the subscription length indicates the flexibility to extend your subscription beyond the initial term. This means you can keep your subscription going month by month after the initial period ends, without any hassle. Manage your subscription easily online.

Damage, Wear & Repair

Minor wear and tear? No problem. For major damage, we offer support and spare parts for free. Each product is carefully refurbished to ensure the highest quality for the next family.

Returns & Exchanging Products

For returns or exchanges, use your customer account or contact hej@parently.se for a simple process. There is a fee of SEK 249 for exchanges, which makes it easy to always have the right product.

With our car seat package, you can rest assured that your child will travel safely in an infant seat or a car seat perfectly suited to every stage of their development. Choose from models by premium brands and easily swap out the seat as your child grows. We cover the shipping for both exchanges and handle the logistics, so you can focus on what matters most – traveling safely with your child.


Here’s How It Works:

  1. Start by choosing one of the four infant car seats to rent for your baby’s first months.
  2. When your baby outgrows the infant seat, contact us to switch to the next car seat. Return the infant seat to us, and we’ll send your selected car seat.
  3. When your child outgrows the second car seat, we’ll upgrade to a larger model once more. Follow the same simple steps as before, and end the rental period when your child has outgrown the car seat.

Please note:

  • The minimum rental period for the car seat package is 3 years.
  • We cover the shipping cost for two exchanges.
