How "buyout" works

With Parently's buyout option, you have the flexibility to purchase the product within the first 3 months of your rental period, based on Parently's price list, and we will deduct the rental fee already paid.

How the buyout works: Please send us an email within the first 3 months. You will then receive a final invoice, and when the final invoice is paid, the rental period ends and the product is officially yours!

Delivery & Pickup

Fast delivery across Sweden in 5-7 working days, 3-day pick-up in Stockholm. You can choose the delivery date up to 4 Months in advance. The delivery date can be selected during the payment process. Pick up for free from our warehouse or choose delivery and return via a DHL service point for 90 SEK per order (149kr for rentals below 3 months).

Subscription

The subscription starts on the delivery/collection date of your choice, with clear Monthly pricing. The first Month's fee is deducted at the time of ordering, and subsequent fees are deducted Monthly from the second Month after the delivery/collection date. Manage your subscription easily online.

Damage, Wear, & Repair

Minor wear and tear? No problem. For major damage, we offer support and spare partsfor free. Each product is carefullyrefurbishedto ensure the highest quality for the next family.

Returns & Exchanging Products

For returns or exchanges, use your customer account or contact hej@parently.se for a simple process. There is a fee of SEK 249 for exchanges, which makes it easy to always have the right product.

Elvie Pump gives you the freedom to pump anywhere, anytime, without wires or tubes. They're small, lightweight and fits into a regular nursing bra, allowing you to pump hands-free wherever you are. The pumps are ready to use right out of the box – no extra accessories needed.

    • 2 Breast Shields (24 mm) and 2 Breast Shields (28 mm): Size is based on nipple width. Use Elvie's Sizing Guide to find the right size. Breast shields in size 21 mm can be purchased separately. If you need a size smaller than 21 mm, we recommend choosing the 24 mm size and using Elvie Nipple Cushions. The shields are BPA-free and dishwasher safe.
    • 4-pack of Bottles with Storage Lids: Reusable, BPA-free 150ml bottles, safe to use in dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and fridge.
    • 4-pack of Spouts and Valves: Ensure that milk only flows into the bottle when you pump. BPA-free, food-safe, and dishwasher safe.
    • 4-pack of Seals: Creates a hygienic, closed pumping system. Food-safe and dishwasher safe.

    6. When you rent from Parently, you can change products or cancel if necessary.
